Jael was a tier-two thaumaturge that was in charge of the pack that included Ze'ev & Ran Kesley, but was later killed by Scarlet as she shot him twice. He tried to stop Cinder from helping Wolf, Thorne and Scarlet as he wished to bring them back to Luna to be executed. He did not succeed in his mission.
